The entire show-room was very clean and everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to help us. My car was finally fixed and after 2 days of being in the shop we were on our way. Worst experience ever I made an appointment for a concern in my rear end of my 2020 Ram 1500 with 8900 miles on it. The truck is 3 months old. The appointment was for 730 I made an appointment for a concern in my rear end of my 2020 Ram 1500 with 8900 miles on it. The truck is 3 months old. The appointment was for 730 in the am. The response was we don't know and they would have to create a case and Chrysler would not respond for a few days. Then it was we think it is your fluid in your rear end but we have to wait to hear from chrysler. So you will have to bring it back monday because they don't work on weekends. Also we can't give you a truck to drive, but continue to drive your truck. Also on monday we will need it a few days. I tow with my truck daily so I need my truck. The service manager was cold, non-responsive, and had the attitude that he didn't care. I called BS saying it was 730 in the morning. They had the whole day. He stated that they didn't schedule a long enough appointment and they didn't have a mechanic to work on it but they would have plenty of time on monday. What was the whole point of the appointment. I was asked to leave and not return and so I then let him have a piece of my mind and will never set foot in that Dealership ever again. I just bought the vehicle from them in January. The sales team was great but the service Department needs some customer service training ASAP. More
