After several months trying to get this fixed on new truck, it FINALLY got done after months of waiting and no one returning our calls. It started out with Scott handling it and after over 10 phone call truck, it FINALLY got done after months of waiting and no one returning our calls. It started out with Scott handling it and after over 10 phone calls to him in which he would never answer or return our calls it started be handled by someone else. They booked us in to try to fix and after a trip to body shop and a terrifying Uber experience it was not fixed and they said it had to be ordered. More time passes and we get in to have Ram box replaced only after a two hour wait to find out ordered part was blue and not white. James then stepped in and he actually called us two weeks later that we can have installed. It is finally fixed after trying since October when we purchased it. They need to answer and return callsI feel. In the future I will refuse to ever work with Scott. However, the waiting area in dealership is really nice! And impressed they have a children’s area as well! More
