I had bad experiences with the Fort Myers dealer and typically have my service done while at my summer home in New England. Took it in on time, made the fix and even washed it. Waiting for paperwork took longer than the repair. I had to sign my name four times for a no charge service? The facility must have giant overhead that someone will pay for so I have my doubt about being able to buy my next vehicle there but I certainly will give them an opportunity. Thank you! More

Good service center service visit was good and all staff were courteous, friendly and professional. It was a problem in how long it took to get approval from the warrant service visit was good and all staff were courteous, friendly and professional. It was a problem in how long it took to get approval from the warranty company to authorize coverage for the repairs. It made a 2 hour job last 8 hours. More
