When I received the bill I noticed a $12 Labor Charge and another Charge of $8.01 for Misc.....no explanation for what. I never was charged a labor charge for an oil change and to put the wiper blades on ( I DID THE LAST PAIR) it took 5 minutes for BOTH! Anyway....I got a car wash, outside only, and the bill was $65.76. I probably would have had the work done anyway, but it would have been nice to TELL the customer they Charge for Labor for an oil change or windshield wiper blade replacement. More

Worse Service from aa dealer I have ever had. Took my Ram 1500 there to do a 132000 mile check out since I will be traveling to Indiana in a couple of weeks. Changed oil, replaced rear brakes, rotated tires, replaced the linkage from 4 wheel drive shifter to the transmission. etc. Left the truck over night and picked up the next day. Over the weekend I noticed a vibration so I called And took the truck back the next day. They wanted to charge me $79.99 for a wheel balance, which I thought was absurd. I left and will not be back. I'll take the truck to Gettle in Punta Gorda since I have had excellent service there in the past. The only reason I went to CCDJR is because I live in the Cape. More
