Car was taken in, with no appointment, for a starting issue. My Service Adviser, Brian Hunter, was very professional and courteous. Superb service and a beautiful new facility. I leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at another dealership in 2018. Cape Coral Jeep was not built yet. I never was comfortable dealing with that store I leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at another dealership in 2018. Cape Coral Jeep was not built yet. I never was comfortable dealing with that store so I took our Jeep to Cape Coral Jeep for oil and tire rotation. My experience was perfect. I was greeted by Jose Ortiz Jr. and they took my Jeep and was told it should only take an hour. While waiting I made myself a great cup of coffee and looked at some of the new cars and trucks in the showroom. While in the showroom I was approached by a salesman. His name was Ray Vaughn. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I told him we had about a year and a half left on our lease but I would be sure to see him for our next lease. About that time Jose came over and said my Jeep was completed. I went out to leave and saw the vehicle was washed. All in all a great experience. More
