I bought my Jeep from another dealer ship but I will continue to have my vehicle serviced in Cape Coral because the kindness that I received from the moment I walked into there until I left. Don't communicate Set up service took three weeks to get an appointment. I specifically asked if a rental was available and was told the service writer would handle it Set up service took three weeks to get an appointment. I specifically asked if a rental was available and was told the service writer would handle it. Asked again about the rental and was told the same thing. Go to my appointment they made for 7:00am and was informed that I would have to wait around till 9:00 for the rental. This all for recalls (numerous) on this vehicle. Im glad I found out their ideal of customer service. I was looking for a second vehicle now I know where not to go. More
