The service department overpromises on the time it will take to service my vehicle almost every time I come. On top of the long wait times I’ve had multiple visits where I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes af take to service my vehicle almost every time I come. Following a bad experience from a non corporate Auto repair I had my vehicle towed in too Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Cape Coral Florida. My first contact was with Christopher Reid. He was polite in congenia repair I had my vehicle towed in too Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Cape Coral Florida. My first contact was with Christopher Reid. He was polite in congenial and took all my information. My vehicle then went to one of the amazing mechanics named Zach. He diagnosed the issue quickly efficiently, PROFESSIONALLY and accurately. It was a problem with a broken valve spring and cylinder number one. The vehicle was then transferred to another Bay which was overseen and professionally repaired by a gentleman named Richard. Richard corrected the bad issue and my car subsequently was returned. I then saw Mr Christopher Read again. To arrange pickup of the finished product. He went out of his way to provide a car wash and also diagnosed bad air flow in my air conditioning system. He pulled out the cabin filter and found that some animal was living in it and that's why the blower was making noise and airflow was significantly restricted. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with the service and all the processes is involved. You only complaint I have is that it cost me several thousand dollars to have the job done however it was done professionally and correctly! Thank you Chrysler Cape Coral! More
