Fabulous--Who ever hires the staff, give them a raise I have leased many different cars and have gone back to Capo because of service and personal care from the staff and management. When you have leased as many cars as I have, the most important thing is not the CAR (really) as a car takes you from locating A to B. ,But if you don't love the dealership, you change dealerships. Great Service Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While I had it in, I wanted a diagnosis for a rubbing sound I was hearing from the driver's side of Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While I had it in, I wanted a diagnosis for a rubbing sound I was hearing from the driver's side of the front of the car when turning the steering wheel. They took the time to diagnose the sound, fixed the strut bearing under CPO warranty, and even performed a TSB that I didn't even know about. While this took multiple days, I had the use of a very nice Mazda 3 as a loaner. More

My experience I was disappointed about the attitude I received when I dropped my just purchased CX-5 off for an update in my Car play. I was told they couldn’t take me and I should come back with an appointment. I was told by my salesperson to just bring it in. I left it all day. I called at 4:30 to get an update. I was told it wouldn’t be ready till 5:30. I informed then I needed to pick it up at 5:00. When I got there it was done. This made me happy but I shouldn’t have had to find out when I got there. I think the service department needs to leave opening for warranty work drop offs. More

Initially, Cyrena called us to report their findings r We took our Mazda CR-5 for regular maintenance and had them check a parking light that was out. Initially, Cyrena called us to report their findings regarding the light and it was going to be a very expensive repair. After a short discussion, she offered to check and see if the extended warranty would take care of the repair. When she discovered the part wasn't covered, she spoke with dealer management and they called Mazda...who eventually OK'd the repair at no charge. We would highly recommend Cyrena and Capistrano Mazda for excellent customer service. More
