I enjoy the facilities and knowledge level in Service Dept I had the 30000 miles check done for my car as well as CarPlay being installed. I enjoy the friendliness at Capo Mazda and the new facilities. Due to length of time my car was to be serviced and the lateness of the day I was given a loaner car, a very nice convenience. Up front I knew the costs and though I knew I could probably get the checkup done for less elsewhere I preferred to use Mazda specialists for this big one. Honestly a big factor for me also is that my car comes back sparkly clean. It was rainy the day of the service so I expected to pick up a spotty car the next am. Instead I was told they rewashed all the cars that got rained on the day prior. Much appreciated! More

Brakes and scheduled service I brought in my vehicle for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I also requested a brake check because they have been noisy since I purchased the I brought in my vehicle for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When I got the same response I’ve received before (”the brakes are fine. Must be dust.”), she pushed to have this issue addressed more thoroughly. the brakes are finally noise free for the first time since I purchased the vehicle in 2017. Thank you Cyrena! More
