I enjoy the facilities and knowledge level in Service Dept I had the 30000 miles check done for my car as well as CarPlay being installed. I enjoy the friendliness at Capo Mazda and the new facilities. Due to length of time my car was to be serviced and the lateness of the day I was given a loaner car, a very nice convenience. Up front I knew the costs and though I knew I could probably get the checkup done for less elsewhere I preferred to use Mazda specialists for this big one. Honestly a big factor for me also is that my car comes back sparkly clean. It was rainy the day of the service so I expected to pick up a spotty car the next am. Instead I was told they rewashed all the cars that got rained on the day prior. Much appreciated! More

Brakes and scheduled service I brought in my vehicle for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I also requested a brake check because they have been noisy since I purchased the I brought in my vehicle for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When I got the same response I’ve received before (”the brakes are fine.
