Best Customer Service I've Experienced at a Dealership! I called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced as it was still under warranty from the dealership and kept dying on me (jump starting you I called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced as it was still under warranty from the dealership and kept dying on me (jump starting your battery twice in one day is not fun!). They gave me the first available opening the following day, but I didn't want to risk having to tow if it died again. So, I asked them if I could bring the car in now and leave it overnight. Without hesitation, the rep on the phone said that would be fine. Phew! I arrived around 430pm when they were already winding down for the day and finishing up their last appointments. I was greeted upon arrival at the service center and right away offered a rental car free of charge. Fredy Campos assessed my situation and realized that he could change my battery and have me up and running within the hour. I was thrilled to say the least! Every rep I encountered that day was extremely friendly and very helpful. I will be returning there for future car needs for sure! More

Service department is amazing! I bought my new Mazda here 2 years ago. I wrote a review of my sales experience at the time, which was great. I really thought, there's no way t I bought my new Mazda here 2 years ago. I wrote a review of my sales experience at the time, which was great. I really thought, there's no way the service department can be this good too. Well, it is! Every time I've taken my car in during the past two years, Fredy and Alec have been professional, friendly, and highly efficient. But, the best part is....they are so honest. They don't sell you anything your car doesn't need, and are truly there to help you. They are very busy, because everyone wants to take their cars there, and yet they treat you like a valued customer. How rare is that these days? They really understand how to keep customers coming back. Because of employees like Fredy, I tell all my friends about this dealership. Fixed transmission and even replaced a recalled part Brought my car in to have the transmission fixed, they also replaced a recalled dash. I’ve been calling my local Cerritos Mazda dealership for almost a year and the part is “never in” and they’ll call me when they get a new shipment, but the San Juan Capistrano location replaced it no problem. Larry Ulrich, Fredy Campos and Hector Arvizu really took care of me and my car. Drop off and pick up of my vehicle was super fast and hassle free, they even finished with my vehicle a day before assumed. They also checked to see if my transmission was under warranty. Thank you guys so much! Larry, Fredy and Hector, you were amazing. If anything else happens, it’s well worth the drive to have the right people taking care of your vehicle. More

Recall Repair So I was looking for a service center for my Mazda 3 since I wasn't happy at another Mazda service center that was recommended by a friend of a friend So I was looking for a service center for my Mazda 3 since I wasn't happy at another Mazda service center that was recommended by a friend of a friend. Well I went online and was reading thru reviews and noticed that there was another Mazda dealership closer to my home with good reviews. So I called in to the service center for a recall repair on my dash. Well Julie asked me for some information and she noticed that there was 2 recalls for my VIN. Well she ordered the parts for me and said she would call me back when the parts came in. Well the parts came in within a few days and gave me all the information I needed, like how long they would need the car etc. I was concerned that I would need a rental car and she assured me that they would have it covered and just to come in. Well I came in, checked in with Julie. She did the paperwork, got me in touch with Fredy the service Manager and in less than a half hour I was on the road again. I had a rental for free all I had to do was to make sure I replaced the gas that was used. The rental was not some small car, I was in a 2017 CR-5. I was shocked. Well the following day Fredy called me and said my car was ready and I was excited but I wanted to show my wife the rental and get her opinion on it with maybe the option of buying one for ourselves problem was that my wife was gone and would be returning on Sunday, he said no problem I'll see you Monday. This was on a Thursday. Needless to say me and the wife loved it and look forward to getting one in June of 2018. But I need to say this.. Julie took care of me in the beginning and she even told me that they would take care of me better than any other dealer and she did, she made sure that if I had any other recall fixes for me and also made sure I had my parts before I came in... Fredy not only took care of my car, he made me feel like family, he actually cared about my concerns and made sure to answer all my questions and got me in and out... and that is where a lot of dealerships lose customers. I am now a Capistrano Mazda customer for life, for as long as they have awesome people like Fredy and Julie. Thanks for the experience!!! More
