He went out of his way to help me with the light and inspect everything to be sure I pulled out and everything was working 100% perfectly. He was dedicated to showing me a good experience and also professionally handling the problem with my daughter's car. Thank you Fredy Campos I had a battery problem symbol show up on my dash. I though oh jeez, I need a new battery. I drove straight to the dealership and walked inside. I I had a battery problem symbol show up on my dash. I though oh jeez, I need a new battery. I drove straight to the dealership and walked inside. I expected to buy a new battery right on the spot, but Fredy C. said "lets see" and asked for my key and my husbands key. He changed the battery in about 2 minutes and said go outside and see if the problem still exists?? Well he was right I just needed new batteries in my key fob, and no new battery, and he did it all with the sweetest smile! Again great service and that took a load off my mind and saved my wallet! More
