They transferred me to Fredy, and he told me that he probably knew what it was, so I had my wife take her car down to the dealership the same day. It is clear that the upper management hires quality people; my wife said that Fredy was friendly and professional and HE DID KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON. A little mouse had crawled into the engine and was crushed . . . poor little guy. Our problem was resolved in less than 20 minutes at a more-than-fair-price. Amazing.
