When Tony Stark needs help with his mazda, Fredy is the guy he goes to. He knew what the problem was before he even looked at the car just from my description, and had it fixed in less than 5 mins. I didn't even have time to sign in or get my key off the ring! I was short on time that day and this made a huge difference. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Had to change batteries on my key and not only were they speedy they were very friendly. I will return without a doubt. Tomorrow will be oil change. Great personalized Mazda service The service person, Fredy Campos was friendly and remembered who I was while I was there. Appointments were scheduled adequately so there weren't a l The service person, Fredy Campos was friendly and remembered who I was while I was there. Appointments were scheduled adequately so there weren't a lot of crabby people waiting around for their cars. The waiting area was fine for me and I enjoyed the coffee machine. They offered to take me home instead of waiting but since I'm at least 1/2 hour away I didn't take them up on it. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the locale, so not something they could change. Maybe a vending machine would have been nice, but there was popcorn available. I would have liked to walk to a plaza or restaurant but there is nothing near. Maybe could have had them drop me somewhere besides home. I was told the repair would take 2-2 1/2 hours and it was done promptly before 2 hours. Fredy also fixed a bothersome problem I'd had with my remote free of charge which was terrific. My car was washed and left tidy as if no work had been done. More
Just batteries I just needed new batteries for my clickers, and Freddy was happy to quickly replace them.
