Tad provided great service and communicated very well. Its a shame that as big as Capital is in NC that they cannot resolve the issue of printing out the document that shows what the the technician chec Its a shame that as big as Capital is in NC that they cannot resolve the issue of printing out the document that shows what the the technician checked . This is very helpful to the customer and its been down for months. I sure do like that document when Flow Motors prints it out for my other vehicles. So Capital Head quarters please get it resolved.
