We highly recommend Capital Chevy! My wife and I just purchased a pre-owned suv and had a wonderful experience. We started with Josh on the phone who was friendly and helped determine if a vehicle was a purchased a pre-owned suv and had a wonderful experience. We then worked with Chad in sales to help navigate us through the test-drive, negotiations, and purchase. Chad was the ideal salesman and should be a mentor to others pursuing it. He was easy-going, friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back. He was even available to work with us answering any questions or concerns anytime when we had a very busy schedule and had to come in multiple times to complete the deal. We were dreading purchasing a vehicle from a dealership after multiple poor experiences in the past but after seeing how smoothly it was, we will definitely be returning to Capital Chevy and Chad for our next vehicle!
