Issue with brakes squealing on 2021 Silverado 3500. Took truck on prior occasion and pads were replaced. Took it in this time for oil change, brakes squealing, check air pressure. Checked air pressure and it was the same. Contacted service manager and informed of dissatisfaction. Set up another appointment. Rotors were turned and pads scuffed. Hope this takes care of problem. Will add air my self. More

Horrific! After signing paperwork for a car. The dealership released my car to my daughter unauthorized. Then the finance mgr forged my signature on my banks c After signing paperwork for a car. Management was useless! I am assuming that lying…stealing…and committing forgery is a common practice for them! More
This was my second visit to capital Chevrolet of Lexington, having previously come to look at a newer car. Although I didn't buy that time, they kept in touch and once they had more of what met my i Lexington, having previously come to look at a newer car. Although I didn't buy that time, they kept in touch and once they had more of what met my interest, they called to let me know and set up an appointment to come look at one of two models. Once set up with an appointment, they kept in touch with me (via text) ro make sure I was able to make it or reschedule for a more convenient time. I finally made my scheduled appointment to view the vehicle I was interested in (a 2001 Chevrolet Corvette). Everything went smoothly with arrival and meeting a sales representative to show me the car(which was a beautiful torch red convertible), and I ultimately decided to buy it. I had a trade-in vehicle which appraised for a bit less than I'd hoped, but the sales team worked with me to get me enough for it that it made the deal up to my affordability standard. There was no pressure, and they did a lot to keep me comfortable during my short wait in the showroom. They happened to have pizza there that day so the free lunch and bottles of water on a hot day were great perks. Between that and the work they put in to make sure I got the deal I needed to get myself what's been a dream car of mine since about 5th grade, it's obvious they really care about their customers' happiness.
