Asked for a tire rotation, didn't get it, but was charged twice for it and they didn't want to refund my money, said we will straighten it out the next time you come in. Then said I needed an alignment, I DO twice for it and they didn't want to refund my money, said we will straighten it out the next time you come in. Then said I needed an alignment, I DON'T!, then started the tire rotation would cost over $300, and they don't rotate tires on duallys, it's not a common practice. Might not be a next time. I called a competitor and they are going to rotate my tires for around $150. Capital HAS rotated my dually tires in the past. More
