This is at least the 4th BMW I have purchased from the dealership. The sales process is extremely professional and the Representative, Jim Baker, has superb product knowledge. Also, the service department has been exceptional. The Representative, Brad, is polite, efficient and always follow through on service needs. I am extremely pleased with this dealership. An issue: I was interested in purchasing the X6 V8 in Pearl Silver Metallic. The color was not available in the V8. Only the V6. This makes no sense on the part of BMW. Has nothing to do with the dealership. Why would BMW not provide the best colors in the more expensive vehicle? The customer is not happy, the dealer loses margin and BMW loses margin. I would like an explanation from BMW. Thank you. More
