Cap Cities was the first place I went to, they had 2 manual transmission VWs available, and your very low key man Dan Stein (I had to encourage him to sound more like a salesman on the phone!) persuaded me to try both. We actually traded three cars for one (all were at least 12 years old), and we didn't get as much back as we had hoped, but we don't feel like we overpaid. There was a lot of paperwork, but overall the process was painless. Picked up the car on Saturday, and Kirt called on Monday to make sure everything was going well. There's a lot of technology in these cars and they're really good at making sure you get the most out of them. Next time we're looking for a brand new car, we will return to Capital Cities! More
