When they ran my credit and I made the deal. At that time Felix said he was going to get it detailed and fill up the tank. We waited about 45 minutes before the finance guy came and got us. We were with him for a couple hours. When we finished with him a gal told us the car would be in the back. Felix saw us and said I will go fill up the tank. He was gone 20 to 30 minutes. By this time we were there 4 hours and had a 2 1/2 hour drive home. From what I saw we were the only ones buying a car. I feel the car should have been ready by the time the customer is out of financing. So I found it frustrating
