Poor management, there was slight miscommunication between me and my sales person (he was fine, the problem doesn’t lie for that reason) Finance manager Prasad talks to you like you’re dumb. Doesn’t g between me and my sales person (he was fine, the problem doesn’t lie for that reason) Finance manager Prasad talks to you like you’re dumb. Doesn’t get all necessary documents (apparently it’s a 50/50 chance the bank will need paystubs and if it was 50/50 chance he should’ve asked for it just IN CASE) I’ve already signed and took the car home.. the next day they ask for the paystub and when I tell him I’m not happy with the service and how I will not recommend this dealership and just going to write a review of my dissatisfaction (I wasn’t even going to put names) he told me “okay well write it about your sales person” first, you don’t say that to a customer and secondly you don’t say that about your own employee. Sounds like Manager Prasad needs to be retrained in customer service and in his management role. He’s supposed to be a leader and guide his employee through the miscommunication and help solve the problem at hand, not belittle them and most certainly not talk to his customer like they’re dumb. More

She was sincere, and enthusiastic while speaking very highly of the person doing the financial end of this sale. working with Tarek. I was not feeling well, so we planned to get together the following day. I woke up feeling worse,, so Liz and Tarek put together an alternative plan to get everything done. I received a call from a different finance person, Roy, who, frankly, almost lost the sale due to his pushy and rude attitude and by giving misinformation while on the call.He was aggressive and would not take n for an answer. He made something sound like it was included in the price, when discussing it with Liz, however, when going through the forms I found an actual charge for the item. He never mentioned this during the call, so it was without my permission that it was added to the contract. . If I wanted the item removed, the paperwork would have to be completed over again, Along with this, he told the salesperson it was bringing my monthly payment down, while in reality, it went up slightly. I was very upset, having been lied to, as well as putting Liz in a position of confusion. Due to Liz’s diligence and Tarek’s knowledge and the fact that they both listened, I went through with the sale. I would let anyone I know, that specific people were great. I would also call Roy by name as someone not to be trusted, from my own experience with him. Thank you Liz for all that you did for me,. I know that you will become stronger and stronger in your skills as an auto saleswoman, with every year that goes by. Your people skills are already there! You rock Liz! More
