Dishonest salesperson and the service department is awful. They over promise and under deliver. They said my car would be ready in two days and they kept in ten days. They made up excuses why it was not done promptly. Don't take your vehicles there. They are not honest. More

Service here, buy elsewhere I didn't know how bad it was until I went somewhere else... Lee was my saleman 2 years ago when I bought a car(2015 altima) at cap city and didn't hav I didn't know how bad it was until I went somewhere else... Lee was my saleman 2 years ago when I bought a car(2015 altima) at cap city and didn't have a clue who I was when I came in last week to look at a few cars. The cars are priced good because they are all scuffed up. Ive had a handful of issues not covered by the warranty with the Altima I got here(blower moter for ac was going out when i bought it, couldn't hear until it was full blast). The sales guy Lee had us wait for an hour while he "Talked to his boss" over $200! And argued that 2 key fobs brought value over 1 key fob.. I received 4 key fobs with the car I bought this weekend somewhere else. They even through in a factory remote start and showed me how a customer should be treated. Cap city is only getting 2 stars because their service manager Dave is amazing. See him for service but buy elsewhere. More

This one was for my girlfriend and was the one of the easiest transactions I've made. I asked Lee to pretend he was me buying that car. He sent me detailed pictures and represented the car accurately. (except for one rather long scratch) No one was pushy. The car drives like a dream and we got one xxxx of a deal. The people are amazing! I went into Capital City Nissan hoping to purchase myself a new vehicle on a limited budget. I was able to walk away with the exact car that I went i I went into Capital City Nissan hoping to purchase myself a new vehicle on a limited budget. I was able to walk away with the exact car that I went in wanting and at a great price. Alfredo was super helpful and friendly and explained every detail throughout the deal. I left the same day with keys in hand. I really liked how they added the little touches of placing a bow on my dash with a sign around the mirror saying Congrats. Another staff member even gave me a cupcake in honor of my new purchase, along with some sunglasses for myself and my 2 children. It was those little extras that made my experience with them special and made me feel appreciated rather than like I was just another customer. I would definitely recomment Capital City Nissan to anyone I know on the search for a new vehicle and eventhough I hope for my car to last me quite some time, I already plan to use Capital City Nissan for my next vehicle purchase! Wonderful, Great, Helpful Customer Service I went to Capital City Nissan yesterday talked Sales Professional Alfredo Barrios to look at a 2005 Nissan Altima S, test drove it, really liked how I I went to Capital City Nissan yesterday talked Sales Professional Alfredo Barrios to look at a 2005 Nissan Altima S, test drove it, really liked how I handled he was very outstanding with helping me today. Completed the sale this afternoon with Business Manager Dulce "Candy" Cadogan, she was very outstanding as well. I drove off very happy, with the help I received at Capital City Nissan of Topeka. When my daughter got home from school today she was very delighted and shocked as well as my son. It was a wonderful surprise for them because I didn't tell them about it, we had been without a car for so long. Now it will be easier to take them to their therapy appointments which is once a week.
