I bought my 2019 chevy colorado around 1 year ago. Although it is just a base model the truck has worked for me great. The walk around on the vehicle was non existent and I thought surely the vehicle had cruise control, in which it does not. I do admit that is partially my fault for not knowing exactly what I was purchasing. Chris from finance was very nice at first and I thought he was helping me out. He told me if I bought a warranty it would get me a better interest rate. Comes to find put that doing that is illegal and it does not actually get me a better interest rate. I would not have bought the warranty or bought from them if i knew that was the case. Chris lied to me blatantly and completely fine with screwing over his customers to gain a little extra cash in his pocket. I recently called them trying to make it right. Chris rudely called me and started going over the paperwork right from the start, well the paperwork isn't going to show what he said to me and of course it being a year from now I can't get solid proof or i would be suing him. I then talked to the GM which was kind but not very helpful on getting my money back and making things right. I cancelled my warranty and got 1600 back to put to my loan which isn't even half the amount of the warranty that I never even used. I recommend for ppl wanting to purchase a car to do there research and don't buy from crooks like Chris. Ps..... if anyone else has had this experience with him I would love to hear about it. More
I went to their dealership to look at used 2012 Ford Fusion, the car was priced at $8,995 which was $1000 over Kelly Blue Book, and was in the back lot with the auction cars. the next day after I inquir Fusion, the car was priced at $8,995 which was $1000 over Kelly Blue Book, and was in the back lot with the auction cars. the next day after I inquired about it they raised the price to $9,500 and claimed it was "held back from the auction and wholesale to the public". On their website, they note the price as "low priced" The car had 118,000 miles and had minor front-end damage and 3 previous owners. In reality, the car was overpriced and needed a front grille, plus if it did go to auction they would get no more than $5,500. Very greedy dealership More
Casual quote to replace evaporator coil on 2007 Nissan versa. 650 dollars labor and another 450 dollars in parts. Booked the repair. Took 3 weeks to get in. Day before the repair, service calls and wants to do a diagnostic. 200 dollars. I told them I already had diagnostics from to other repair shops who didn't do work involving removing the dash. Asked to please just replace the coil. Same rep calls 15 minutes later with an estimate of 1600 dollars just for the labor. Will never do business with them again. Will go to Automotion. Cheaper and don't cheat you. No wonder they have such a bad reputation!! More

Use numerous banking instructions to approve a customer. I lost 24 points on my credit score (4 points each hit). Credit and finances were discussed before I applied. Was played with the whole time. Took our used Nissan Altima in for a power driver’s seat that won’t adjust forward and backward reliably. Charged me $140 to diagnose it and suggested a $1464 fix to replace the seat motor. Also charged me additional “shop” charges just to diagnose. Then the tech left his cigarettes in the car. Our family owns two Infiniti’s and this Nissan. This is why we don’t go here for service. This morning, I realized why I probably purchased my car in Lawrence. I am looking to purchase a larger SUV than my Juke, and I've been looking around. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I browsed the lot. There were 3 salesperson sitting in the front area, and when I inquired about the QX30's that were currently on the lot -- they were useless - they all appeared self-absorbed in their computers. Neither of them offered to show them to me, offered to allow me to test drive, etc. They provided mileage and price- nothing more. Very impressed with their service department - not impressed at all with their sales department. Perhaps they just aren't "hungry"? Believe women don't purchase cars? It's hard so say -- but, it was laughable. Kudos to service department! Sales department? Do they have one? More
