op here, I would like to say I only went there because I had a very positive experience about 6 years ago where they ordered and programmed my key fob competently, quickly and without any hassle. and the staff was friendly. i am disappointed that the quality of service declined over this time. i find them condescending, argumentative and untrustworthy. I will not return in the near future nor will I recommend the service department as a result.
