My first visit to the service department went very smoothly thanks to my service consultant Parke Stafford. I was greeted as I arrived and waited less than 5 minutes before seeing my consultant. He went over each service scheduled to be done that day (2 recall notices plus scheduled routine maintenance), gave me a rough estimate of how long it would take, then set me up in a loaner car so I could get some lunch. When my car was ready, I was promptly notified and received a short video from the technician who had preformed the necessary repairs and service. The video was a first. I was very impressed! I had a few questions about my Mercedes and if Parke could not answer them, he contacted someone who could. All in all, one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. More

Very clean on the inside. The engine was dirty & battery was corroded. Had a oil spot on bottom of transmission no one really knew where it came from.
