As an out of town buyer, we did 90% of the work "virtually" befo recommend her to others. She was responsive, transparent, and didn't waste time. As an out of town buyer, we did 90% of the work "virtually" before I set foot at the dealership. This included pre-approval for MBFS financing, trade-in, and vehicle pricing. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for the dealership is we had to wait 40mins+ to sign the financing paperwork with the finance manager (frustrating because the signing part only took 5-10 mins.) Also, I would prefer to see the dealership utilize more electronic signature capabilities to further simplify the purchasing process. More
