They Did it Again! About to finish a lease on my second MB from Capital Eurocars, this was one of those rare times when I had no idea what vehicle I wanted next. Being fully prepared to explore a few makes and models from various dealerships, I obviously started at Capital Eurocars since my prior experiences had been positive. I met with Claude Rabbath, my previous sales person, fully expecting to test drive a few vehicles and leave for the day. Well, because Claude not only sold vehicles to me in the past, but also got to know my likes, preferences and dislikes, he started my search with an absolutely perfect vehicle for me - with the options, color combo, size and everything I wanted! I looked at a few other vehicles at Capital Eurocars but none could compare to my first choice. And Claude knew it when he saw it! Working with John Sipay they offered me an exceptional sales package and it was easy peasy! I also have to say that experiencing excellent customer service with Parke Stafford and Joe Gruen from the service department in the past certainly factored into my decision. When you work long hours each week, it is important to have friendly service personnel who make those appointments easy and efficient. Crawford Atkins has been the GM for some time and knows how to assemble and lead an excellent team of professionals. I by no means could ever afford to purchase the model of Mercedez-Benz I truly desire. And yet, the staff from top to bottom always treat me as if I am their most valuable customer. I have enjoyed my GLA 250 for about 3 weeks now and couldn't be happier. There is no doubt where I will be returning for my next journey. More
