However, I can truly say this has been a very rewarding, "AHA" moment in my quest to find the perfect car for my wife of fort I rarely write reviews. Armed with a self-made vehicle build for a car that had a color scheme and optional amenities, would be a challenge since the 2020 E class models were slowly beginning to arrive at dealerships. I also knew this would be a challenge, since meeting with negative results when visiting several dealerships throughout the southeast region. Nevertheless, I presented my request to Mr. Jeremiah Franklin and Mr. Angus Thomas. Without hesitation or reservation, Mr. Franklin accepted the challenge with a firm, "I can make it happen" attitude. In a short period of time , he notified me that he had found the exact match for the car I had been relentlessly seeking. Mr. Thomas made the impossible, possible to the complete satisfaction of my wife....and that's all that really mattered to me. I had explained to Angus that I was skeptical of purchasing a vehicle in Tallahassee, since I was repeatedly disappointed and indirectly encouraged to look elsewhere by salespersons that had little to no interest in getting my business. I assumed that it may have been my appearance or their profile of what a potential sell might look like. sympathetic to what had happen to me over the years, Mr. Thomas was committed to changing my mindset and giving me an opportunity to purchase a vehicle in Tallahassee. Noteworthy, during this transaction was Mr. Franklin's customer service skills before, during and after the sell. Having been a human resources director in my career, these attributes are much sought after.
