Great CS I got to the dealership on Saturday at 3:35, not knowing they took the last oil change at 3:30. Service Center is Horrible I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the d I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the doors opened at 7:30 am, I drove in and was directed into the customer service area to check in. I had to wait several minutes while the service tech dealt with someone else. When he finally got around to me, was told that it would be 2 hours before my vehicle could get its's oil change and I could be on my way. When I told the tech I had a 7:30 am appointment, he indicated that there were several other customers who got there before me and that it would be 2+ hrs before my car was serviced and I'd be on my way. When I pointed out to him that this was not true - that I had arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle at the doors and then the first vehicle to drive in, he simply shrugged. And the service area manager wants to now claim that I didn't get there until 8:15 am, and that is not true. Apparently an appointment time means nothing to this dealership, and being a new resident to Charlotte, I can guarantee I will never go to this dealership again. More
