A previous poor review of the service department at this dealership brought to the attention of the correct individual, Tyler Armstrong, Service manager. He immediately investigated and contacted me and wen dealership brought to the attention of the correct individual, Tyler Armstrong, Service manager. He immediately investigated and contacted me and went above and beyond to address my concerns. I am therefore submitting this as an update and recommend if a customer has issues with the service department, especially in trying to get messages to the correct person, let Mr. Armstrong know. Presently it is an outside company engaged by the dealerships owners to answer our calls and route those calls and they have been adding to my frustration. Mr. Armstrong was very approachable and engaging once he was made aware of my issues through utilizing this site. Hopefully I will not encounter any future issues but I now know who the proper person is to directly contact. More
At the first visit it appeared everyone cared. My truck was not repaired correctly the 1st time. I discovered other items that needed repaired and was told to return it the next day and they would correct the previous and take care of the new issues. It has been there 8 days, I had to call last week to get an update. It should have been returned to me last week and no one will contact/return my calls as to why they still have my truck. I need my truck, no one cares but they want their money. Use this service department at your own risk of frustration with workmanship, poor communication and lack of caring about quality customer service. UPDATE: When the Service manager became aware of my concerns because of the original review he went above and beyond. Please see a subsequent separate full review that I submitted on 6/4/26. More
I brought my car in to the Quick Lane for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation after Amanda entered my mileage incorrectly 6 months prior and they wouldn't take my Maintenance Plan from Ford. I asked oil change and tire rotation after Amanda entered my mileage incorrectly 6 months prior and they wouldn't take my Maintenance Plan from Ford. I asked Josh for a full synthetic Works which is what I got before. They gave me synthetic blend and the check engine light was on in the car when they gave it back to me. The tech that did the oil change lifted the airbox cover to check the air filter without disconnecting the intake air temperature sensor and broke one of the wires in the process. I then had to sit in the waiting area for more than an hour waiting for them to repair it. They repaired it, but it never should have happened. All this to find that they didn't even use the synthetic oil I requested. More
My 2017 F250 was having issues with the transmission slipping in and out of gear. After a little over a week in there shop I was finally told it needed a new transmission. I question why a non commercia slipping in and out of gear. After a little over a week in there shop I was finally told it needed a new transmission. I question why a non commercial truck with only 73,000 miles on it would need a new transmission. Three days later they decided it only needed a transmission range sensor replaced. Still with no explanation of telling I needed a new transmission. They also did a tuneup while it was in there. Total was $5200 for the service. Three days after getting my truck back the check engine light comes on. I take it back in and they find a EVAP line had a crack and was leaking. This was $880 to fix this. They also told me that I needed new breaks and rotors on all four wheels. I question why their 31 point check of my truck 2 weeks earlier showed the breaks were fine. She didn’t have an answer but was sure I needed to pay them for that service. Inconsistencies to the answers to my questions and then clearly fabricating problems for them to fix. I can assure you I will never take any vehicle to this dealership again and I will not recommend them to anyone. More

One of my worst customer experiences at any business. Ever. Followed up with an apology and unkept promise. Several employees complained about new ownership. Terrible terrible transition. The service dept was amazing. The salesman was good. The sales manager pretty much refused to do any negotiation. He pretty much said you either want the car or you don't. I wante The salesman was good. The sales manager pretty much refused to do any negotiation. He pretty much said you either want the car or you don't. I wanted two keyless entry fobs. The vehicle came with one. He refused to supply a second. Your dealership almost lost the sale of a $50,000 vehicle over a fob? More
