Service for 2011 Ford Fusion i have been taking my Fusion for regular scheduled maintenance for the past two years. The staff in the quick service have been very professional and i have been taking my Fusion for regular scheduled maintenance for the past two years. The staff in the quick service have been very professional and friendly, always ready to answer questions, etc. i recently had a check engine light come on and the service required to make the repair was to replace the catalytic converter. the repair was completed in the time specified without any issues and at the a little less than the price quoted. i will continue to have my car serviced by the folks at Dick Masheter as well as recommend them. As I did not have time then to do it I will return at another time and I felt no pressure to schedule a time or do it that day. I was also instructed how to send in my information to receive a $10 rebate on the Works package. That was a nice plus. More
