Took my F150 for ONLY oil change and filter. I had only driven 1033 miles since serviced in January 2026.and didn't need tires rotated this service. When I called in to set up appointment the la I had only driven 1033 miles since serviced in January 2026.and didn't need tires rotated this service. When I called in to set up appointment the lady was told that! When the service was completed the bill was $101.18!!! FOR OIL AND FILTER? They charged me the same price as if Ihad tire rotation! Also a $20.00 up-charge from service in January. I bring my wife's Explorer in addition to my truck for service. Needless to say I am not happy with the charges. The service advisor, Sheila Davis, is good to work with and I don't have a problem with her. She is the mailman not the post master. I think if the dealership doesn't unbundle charges you will more unhappy customers! More
