I had previously purchased a vehicle from Capital Ford in 2005 and was not too eager to go back there, but I wanted a new F-150. Capital Ford had two in stock that met my needs. I set up an appointment to meet with Valente, but due to unusually heavy traffic, I was late. By the time I got to the dealership, Valente was gone. Bill Brown graciously stepped up and assisted me that evening and took down all of the information I brought with me regarding buying programs I was entitled to, what I needed in a truck, etc. so when Valente came in the next day he would have a head start on helping me. I met with Valente the next day. He had the truck ready for me to look at and test drive. He, along with everyone I interacted with at the dealership, was very polite and helpful. He explained how most of the features of the truck worked for me and my wife. He helped me get my laptop set up on their network so I could do some things I needed to do while he did the paperwork. He got me signed up for the Ford Sync online account and activated both my and my wife's cell phones with the truck. Norm did a great job with finding financing. Since I am out on disability, he had a few challenges to over come. He politely called me into a private room where he could confidentially get more details on the obstacles he would face and thanked me for being so honest and open about them. At no time did he seem condescending about my situation. Overall a great experience. The management team has done a wonderful job of changing the way I felt as a customer over when I was there 5 years ago. I felt like a guest in their showroom instead of being treated like another ignorant potential customer. More

I recently bought a 1987 Ford F-250 4x4 in California. While driving back to Grand Junction the truck broke down. I had the truck towed to Capitol Ford at the suggestion of the wrecker driver. There were several issues of incomplete and shoddy warranty work from previous repairs done through Folsom Ford in Folsom, California. Although Capitol Ford could not help with the warranty repair or even attempt repairs to the truck... The service and help they extended to me was beyond all my expectations. They gave me a ride to the hotel at which I stayed, they gave me a ride to the library so I could have computer internet access, they spend hours looking through and decifering reciepts, and communicating with Folson Ford. And they recommended a local repair shop that could do the job with excellence. I would be a Ford owner for ever if all Ford dealers were as customer centered as Capitol Ford.
