I made an appointment over a week in advance and dropped the vehicle off early in the morning, they had it the whole day, and never even brought it into the service bay. Perhaps they needed to have canceled or rescheduled me. Regardless, I’ll try someplace else because I felt like the entire thing could’ve been better handled. More
