Best Experience Ever Yesterday I met my car "angel". I was actually getting my car serviced and he appeared out of nowhere with the friendliest approach. At no point did our conversation feel like another sales pitch. He was not pushy at all and I could honestly feel that he sincerely cared. The entire process was the smoothest process that I have ever experienced. Once the pre-paperwork was completed, we headed over to the showroom to finalize everything. John Blackwell Jr. was awesome and Mr.Chang was my next angel! He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. It was a smooth process as well. The most pleasant experience I've had buying a car I'm 25 years old and I've had way too many cars for my age so I've had a plethora of experiences with dealers all over NC. This is by far the best experience I've had and the car wasn't even for me. My wife has horrible anxiety with dealerships and gets overwhelmed quick. This dealer let me do all the footwork for her and in a couple days all she had to do was come in and sign and it took 20 minutes tops. It actually took 20 minutes, not the normal 20 "dealership" minutes. Long story short: She was $7K upside down on a Jeep lease that she got screwed on. They absolved all her debt except $500 and put her into the exact car she wanted. She couldn't be happier. Bottom line: You want a dealer that will ACTUALLY help you and not try to shove everything down your throat at once? Just an all around no xxxxxxxx kind of dealer? This is it. Jon Smith and Doug Creech were the two to help us out and their cooperation and professionalism cannot be understated. True dream team. What are you waiting for? Go see them. More
