First time at Capital Ford - and first time Ford purchase!!! I made appointment with Ron Staffer, but he gave me over to Alicia Cothran. That was my lucky day!!! Alicia was outstanding, professional, efficient, friendly, customer-oriented, and accommodating. Any new purchase can be several hours - Alicia was ahead of each transsction!!!! She brought car I wanted around for road test, got my trade in appraised quickly, took car to be prepped even before final paperwork, explained every process completely!! I wanted to purchase the car just to give her the sale!!!! Even enrolled my car for online options while I was in finance. I'd love to refer others to her!!! (PS - don't forget bringing my trade in out of the cold and helping to remove ALL my personal belongings - making sure nothing was missed!!!. Too bad the process has to tie up sales person for hours, but she was very patient. So rating is outstanding - but not available so I selected "great'. You should really add "outstanding". Hope my experience with Service Department is also a great experience. More

I have ALWAYS received the best of service at the Quick Lane. Today I was waited on by Robert for the first time. He was as courteous and helpful as I have had from Ben and Duane in the past. I bought my vehicle new at this dealership in 2009 and have regularly used their Quick Lane service for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections , recall work and needed repair. I have experienced help in reducing the cost to me while keeping my vehicle safe and efficient to operate. Bubba even helped make my wait (which was not long) a little more pleasant.
