The customer service was fantastic. The process was relatively quick for what it is. Everyone was nice. But the knowledge of the car was lacking. I feel like salesman should know the car he is selling. I didn’t get any real answers to any of my questions. Second, the detailing of the car was not noticeable. I’m not sure what their process is but there was dried dark corn syrup splattered randomly throughout the interior and it had not been vacuumed. If it had, it was thorough. Lastly, the screws used to put plate on were not correct. The tips were sharp instead of blunt. So I now have a dent/slight puncture from both screws used. Like I said, the customer service was good and the people were nice. But it’s the details that matter. More
