I don’t like giving bad reviews, but I hope this review will elicit change. I drive a 2013 Ford Escape and came in with a check engine light. Even though I had just got service done by Ford across the stre will elicit change. I drive a 2013 Ford Escape and came in with a check engine light. Even though I had just got service done by Ford across the street and they gave me the codes for my check engine light (camshaft sensor A needs replacing), Ford on Capital had to redo it. Cool. But their final solution was that I should get a new car, as this would be too expensive to fix. While that is a solution, I’m disappointed they did not offer to replace the sensor. The sensor itself was not that expensive and another service center (not Ford) offered to do it for less than $200. What is up with Ford offering poor solutions to their customers? This is the second time they did a half job with my car (telling me what’s wrong, but refusing to offer feasible solutions). It’s sad, because I respect the company, but I really don’t trust the service center. More
