They claimed they didn't have 0w30 oil that my car took, but they actually did. Initially they were telling me they were putting a different oil in my car that was not recommended on the owners manual But customer service was 5 ?? in the end we had the right oil More

I spoke to several people at check in. all extremely nice appt was not until one was dropping off early and they had it done before my ride even got there. I took my car in for a recalls and oil change plus tire rotation checked out paid for everything they didn’t do the tire rotation so I have to take it back to get the tires rotated, which is inconvenient f rotation checked out paid for everything they didn’t do the tire rotation so I have to take it back to get the tires rotated, which is inconvenient for me with my tight schedule the fact that the tire rotation wasn’t done and I paid for it is very upsetting. Not even question whether the oil change was done because I did not get a sticker in my car and they did not reset my oil change function in the car. More
