I scheduled about two weeks ago to have 2 factory recall issues addressed. The day before my scheduled appointment I recieved a text confirming my appointment. I drove an hour and a half to this location bu issues addressed. The day before my scheduled appointment I recieved a text confirming my appointment. I drove an hour and a half to this location but upon arriving for my appointment at 2:45pm I was told they would have to reschedule because they needed to order a fuse. When I asked why they didn't call me and tell me that, or even let me know when I made the appointment in the first place (as I took a day off work for this and now have to drive another hour and a half back on top of the hour and a half I already drove to get there), the gentleman I was speaking to replied simply "we'll call you to schedule when the fuse comes in" and then proceeded to assist another customer nearby. Unbelievably unprofessional and completely unacceptable. More
