Vehicle was serviced at the appointed time. Waiting area was nice with WiFi to actually allow some emails to be answered. It was a good experience. Waiting area was nice with WiFi to actually allow some emails to be answered. It was a good experience. More
I had to bring my vehicle in to replace a recalled part, it cost me absolutely nothing and they even performed a full inspection, at no cost, which I did not expect, giving me a list of a few items needed f it cost me absolutely nothing and they even performed a full inspection, at no cost, which I did not expect, giving me a list of a few items needed fixed with the costs of that repair. They were kind and had a wonderful waiting area where you even had cameras to watch your car in the shop. Best experience in the service department I have ever had going to a dealership. More

Excellent! On time, courteous and knowledgeable. 15 word minimum is overkill for me. I like brevity. Next time I won’t complete the survey. On time, courteous and knowledgeable. 15 word minimum is overkill for me. I like brevity. Next time I won’t complete the survey. More

This was my second bad experience here and both times I was misled. I scheduled an appointment and told them ahead of time I’d be using their $49.95 oil change coupon, which they emailed me. When I arri was misled. I scheduled an appointment and told them ahead of time I’d be using their $49.95 oil change coupon, which they emailed me. When I arrived, I was told right away that I’d have to pay more. The advisor, Shane, told me they only get shipped full synthetic oil and “we don’t carry anything else.” Now I understand that the fine print says “full synthetic and diesel higher,” but if they only carry full synthetic, then that should’ve been clearly disclosed upfront when I scheduled the appointment with the coupon. Instead, it felt like a bait and switch and Shane's tone was dismissive and cold. When I said I was leaving, he stated “ Go, ahead and leave”. This isn’t my first bad experience. In December 2024, I came in for a free oil change from my car purchase and was told I’d have to pay nearly $80. I had to call Hyundai corporate to prove I was still under the three year limit. That same day, I was told I’d fail my NC inspection unless I replaced both front and rear wipers, costing $60 and $40. I later learned that under NC law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 20‑127), only functional front wipers are required to pass. The advisor “let the back slide” when I declined, proof it was just upselling, not a legal requirement. To be fair, the service manager was kind and did make it right on July 31,2025. But there’s a clear pattern here: misleading charges, poor communication, and dismissive service from the advisors. More
