Regarding my recent service visit, I must say I am disappointed. I recieved an email, days after my visit, informing me that my engine airfilter needed to be replaced and that the service had been pos disappointed. I recieved an email, days after my visit, informing me that my engine airfilter needed to be replaced and that the service had been postponed. It was not postponed by me...I was not made aware of the need to replace the filter at time of service, or I would have had it replaced while I waited for 2 hours. I called to speak to the service department, there was no answer, so I left a message with my contact info. To date, no one has returned my call. Now, at the expense of my time, I must schedule another appointment and sit and wait for additional service to be done which could have been accomplished during the original appointment.  This is my 3rd Hyundai  and up until this vehicle, I have had most of my service done at Kia, because of the disappointing service at the Hyundai dealership.  Since it has been under new ownership, I thought I would try again. I was told my car would be ready same-day and it took much longer. There was no communication about the delay from the dealership or updates on when my car would actually be ready. I had to call and leave voicemails to ask about the status of my car and it took multiple hours to get a response. I ended up having to scramble to find transportation to work and to get my child to childcare. I wish they would have been upfront and communicative about how long service would take. More

Was satisfied with the results of the test since I’ve never heard the type of noise that was coming from the vehicle before. Didn’t seem to really care about the urgency of the situation. I know there are other customers who might be in line to get a vehicle fixed. I dropped my car off after hours unexpected and put the key fab in the early bird drop box. Left a note on the dashboard letting them know I needed a new battery.
