Over priced & lack follow up to customer response Third time at this dealership for service - fourth including the appointment I had to reschedule because the part did not arrive, even though I was to Third time at this dealership for service - fourth including the appointment I had to reschedule because the part did not arrive, even though I was told it would be there. My appointment was at 1:30 and was finished at 3:00 - labor charge was $230; $153/hour for labor is ridiculous. I asked the service advisor for an explanation but he couldn't even tell me the hourly rate or SRT for the repair. When I arrived home, I found two tools the tech left on the ledge of my windshield; a long handled needle nosed plier and an awl - fortunately they did not fall off during my drive home and cause damage to my car or someone else on the road. This makes me question the attention to detail of my repair. I called the service dept. and left a message about the tools but no one called me back. I received a "thank you" email from the service manager the following week and responded with my experience - still no call to apologize, offer an explanation or resolve my dissatisfaction. I am relatively new to the area and have always serviced my vehicles at dealerships as I feel they are the most knowledgeable and that my patronage would be valued - I no longer believe this to be true based on the lack of customer service at this dealership service center. More
