The experience was great. We had never bought a car before and expected the stereotypical pushy sales salesman trying to get you into a more expensive car than you want. After I contacted Steve (my salesman) about my issues, he did everything he could to work with me until I was completely staisfied that Wilmington Nissan had held up there end of the deal. I felt there were many cheaper and less satisfactory methods they could have employed to satisfy the agreement we had reached at the time of purchase. Furthermore, it was pleasently surprising to find a salesman still working with me to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle even after the sale, rather than being passed off to a stranger. More
