After I contacted Steve (my salesman) about my issues, he did everything he could to work with me until I was completely staisfied that Wilmington Nissan had held up there end of the deal. I felt there were many cheaper and less satisfactory methods they could have employed to satisfy the agreement we had reached at the time of purchase.
