Service dept is great there. Had a "check engine" light come in in my Nissan Titan on a Saturday, called up Capital Nissan in Wilmington and they were able to work me in even without an appt. They provided my with and rental car and by Monday my truck was ready. Kaitlyn was my service advisor and she was super easy to work with. Def will be a repeat customer.

"Customer service is pathetic!!! My 20 year old daughter..."

Customer service is pathetic!!! My 20 year old daughter went in for a simple brake job ended up with over a $500 bill with 2 tires, an inspection and a pair of close to $48 dollar front wiper blades!! They charged her over $8 in labor to put them on!! Auto zone puts them on for free!! And that $500 bill don’t include the brake job she went in there for!! Absolute rip off!!
