- KirkService dept is great there. Had a "check engine" light come in in my Nissan Titan on a Saturday, called up Capital Nissan in Wilmington and they were able to work me in even without an appt. They provided my with and rental car and by Monday my truck was ready. Kaitlyn was my service advisor and she was super easy to work with. Def will be a repeat customer.

- Landbroker1Customer service is pathetic!!! My 20 year old daughter went in for a simple brake job ended up with over a $500 bill with 2 tires, an inspection and a pair of close to $48 dollar front wiper blades!! They charged her over $8 in labor to put them on!! Auto zone puts them on for free!! And that $500 bill don’t include the brake job she went in there for!! Absolute rip off!!

- ArthurOn my recent visit to Capital Nissan for periodic service on my Nissan Armada I was very pleased with the care and attention I received from Rachel Brisson and service manager Cheryl Furcini. I love my Armada and so happy to have this team of professionals to make sure everything is up to date all the recommended service items have been accomplished. The friendly attitude and expertise made my visit a real pleasure. I would rate both these ladies a 10 out of 10!

In my opinion, he was the best Service Rep I have ever encountered with any dealer. He was professional, efficient & very customer service oriented. We brought in 2 cars for repair / maintenance.. Due to an issue with one of the cars, he offered a solution meeting a customer need & we decided to let Nissan Capital do the work. He definitely balanced customer & business creating a win for all.
