I scheduled my appt online and the service department was ready to take my car Overall my experience with getting my 2019 WRX repaired was very good. I scheduled my appt online and the service department was ready to take my car when I arrived. They diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and told me the parts were on order so I could bring my car back when they arrived. The loaner they provided was a new Outback which was nice. The only thing kind of on the downside was I had to call them after a few days to get an update on my car. Not a big deal to me but may be to some other people. Overall I was impressed with the service. More
