He had a car waiting for me to test drive when I arrived after work and he took the time to explain so many details about the car that it was a real learning experience for me. I had a much greater understanding and opinion about the car in the 20 minutes we spent on our test drive. The price Bob presented was so good it required absolutely no negotiation the process got even easier after that. Bob came to work the next day on his day off to complete my purchase and everything went very smoothly. Bob had the car looking perfect and ready to go. I financed a portion of the cost and that process went very well with an interest rate that was better than what was being offered by my own credit union.
