After my previous vehicle was totaled, I spent months searching for my next vehicle and was constantly running into numerous dead ends and Vehicles not worth the money other dealers were asking. In January, I finally came across a used 2007 Mercedes C230 that fit my budget monthly and criteria for a used car, A woman by the name of Carolyn received my inquiry about the car and she and I were in constant contact about the condition of the vehicle, availability and a day to come and check the car out. After a 3.5 hour drive up to Greensboro from Greenville S.C. Carolyn introduced me to Don, my salesman, he then brought the car around and after one test drive, I was sold. Unfortunately after signing the paperwork and putting a down payment down, the car began to act up an hour outside of Greensboro on the way home. Don was willing to help get the car fixed but the problem went away when I drove back to the dealer, they let my local mechanic look at the car and my mechanic determined the car needed a new Crankshaft sensor and a few other things. Given that this car was sold as is, most dealers could've told me "its not my problem anymore" but Gabriel and I worked out a deal where they would reimburse us up to $1k for repairs. After the repairs were completed, my C230 runs like its supposed to and I have never been happier!! Thank you Captial Hyundai for being so patient and working with me to make my first car buying experience less stressful and much much more rewarding! More

They said they were very sorry that happened and would work with me once the insurance paid off the loan to the financer. Don was very helpful in getting me a new Sonata within my budget.
