The Perfect Experience! I have bought a total of 5 vehicles in my life and before I went to Capital Subaru in Greensboro I prayed that it would not be a typical bad experienc I have bought a total of 5 vehicles in my life and before I went to Capital Subaru in Greensboro I prayed that it would not be a typical bad experience at the dealership, well God answered our prayers and sent me to the right place. The dealership and everyone, I mean everyone was cordial, polite, welcoming, friendly but specially Ivan Elhag, this man was not only a very professional, well manner gentlemen; he was an angle of God! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, he showed us every feature in the car, and most importantly how to make the customer feel at ease and happy to be there to buy a car! He was a very humble, honest and wonderful man. He filled us (my wife and I) with compassion towards one another, love towards one another, taught us so much about life, it was so nice to talk with him that we almost forgot we were there to buy a vehicle. And best of all he was able to give us a better deal than USAA was offering me which was a great deal to begin with! We happened to go through a similar process in another dealership in the neighbor city and although it was nice people, they don't come close to Capital Subaru, specially again, our new friend Ivan Elhag. More

He gave us water on a very hot day and was very gracious. Bob Cooley was our salesman and he was thorough without being over the top. I felt somewhat pushed by the person offering the extended warranty, and he got the finance manager to come over when I kept declining the coverage. I did finally buy it after getting a rebate, however I'm not convinced I did the right thing. Part of the plus with Hyundai for me was the 0% financing and the existing warranty. Even so, I was very happy with Bob and his professionalism and of course, I am happy with the car. More
