Capital Eurocars Review The staff at Capital Eurocars was professional and very well organized. Michael Felton was my salesman and he didn't pressure me at all. In fact I drove into Capital Eurocars after hours and Michael was leaving for the day. Rather than simply pulling out and heading home, he stopped drove back around, and asked if I needed any help. Despite being closed Michael showed me several different vehicles in the lot and explained the pros and cons of each in his opinion. My intent was to price vehicles there and head back to Savannah with a better idea of what I wanted to purchase. Instead I decided to return and talk with Michael the next morning. Once again I was extremely surprised by the no pressure to buy approach by him and the staff. Instead it was once again explained to me the pros and cons of purchasing the S80. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't treated like a number. Too often you go to a dealership and feel like ten sales people jump on you before you can even take a look inside the cars in the showroom. Thank you Capital Eurocars for the great experience, and thank you Michael Felton for being truthful and low pressure. I am so happy with my Volvo S80 T6, and have nothing but great things to say about the process and the way I was treated. If you are considering a new or used vehicle I suggest going to talk with Michael first. I didn't go there wiith the mindset of buying a Volvo, but after leaving I'm sure glad I did. More
