When I arrived, everyone was nice (that's something I appreciate). I had an appointment so of course I wasn't there too long. When finished with my oil change I was given a review of problems that could be wrong with my car, but I wasn't pressured like other dealerships to get them done the same day or my car would break down. That is what satisfied me the most. I am going to continue to take my car to EuroCars as long as I am in Tallahassee. More

Have discussed situation with other friends/customers in regards to this dealership and unfortunately their experience has been the same. I appreciate the Service Advisor, Clifton Cameron. Otherwise have little incentive to do business with them again. Very disappointed which is unfortunate because I like the car. More

Sales staff was great then the experience took a dive. I asked for free service or other compensation and received neither. I had originally written a great review but after several failed attempts to talk to a manager to voice concerns I decided to change my review to reflect the entire scope of my experience. More
